Terms and Conditions for Mini Explorers Sensory Play
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Responsibility for the Safety and Supervision of Children
All parents/carers are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children while attending our events or sessions. Please DO NOT leave your child unattended at any time. All materials are prepared with the understanding that they will be played with under constant parental supervision. Our sessions are suitable for children between the ages of 6 months to 5 years, and small items may be present. Please ensure that you supervise your children closely.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, Mini Explorers Sensory Play reserves the right to ask anyone, regardless of age, to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. Parents or guardians are responsible for their child's wellbeing throughout each session, including handling of all materials and equipment. It is important to ensure that both you and your child behave in a manner that does not harm or abuse other children or adults.
Materials/Allergens
All materials used are non-toxic or taste-safe. However, they are NOT intended to be eaten.
We DO NOT use any products containing nuts, soy, dairy or eggs in our messy play activities, but some products used may have allergy labels warning the product "May Contain Traces of" these allergens. Please notify us of any allergies at the time of booking or contact us to ensure that our session is safe for your child.
Safety & Sanitisation
Please advise our staff immediately if any bodily spillages occur during a session so that timely sanitation and replacement of the activity can take place. Some stations may contain "wet" materials that could cause the floor around them to become slippery. Please be sure to walk carefully between stations.
Dress Code
Our sessions involve MESSY sensory play, so we encourage you to dress both yourself and your child in clothes that you do not mind getting stained, marked, or dirty. Mini Explorers Sensory Play accepts no responsibility for clothes or belongings that are stained, marked, damaged, or left behind.
Tickets and Admission
Each ticket is valid for entry to your Mini Explorers Sensory Play event for ONE child and ONE parent/carer. An additional ticket must be purchased for any additional children wishing to attend, and sibling discount codes apply. Please check-in with a staff member upon arrival at your session.
Contagious Illnesses
To ensure the safety and health of all attendees, we kindly request that you refrain from attending the event if either you or your child is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask attendees to leave a session if they display symptoms that may be contagious to others. Please note that refunds will not be given unless adequate notice (24 hours) is given in order for us to fill your spot.
